Safe and Sound Poured Floors is ready to assist our customers with sound abatement floor systems and self-leveling underlayments.  We’ve serviced the DC/Metro market for the past thirty years, focusing on drywall systems as a critical part of the sound and fire abatement envelope.  Now, we can take our expertise and apply it to installing a variety of floor underlayment products.  

We have been a part of the tremendous growth in Washington DC, and recognize the need to utilize existing urban space to accommodate it.  As a Maxxon Licensed Dealer, we are uniquely qualified to solve many of the floor issues found when renovating and repurposing existing buildings.  In many cases, we are able to visit a project and recommend a product and installation, specific to site conditions.   

Wood-framed, multi-family construction continues to expand in the suburbs of DC.  We understand the need for strong production and quality installations.  Safe and Sound Poured Floors has all the equipment to handle your large volume pours with manufacturer trained staff to ensure the installation is successful.  Our team has partnered with the area’s largest multi-family builders, and is excited to expand our involvement to include acoustical mats and gypsum based underlayments.

In 2016, Eastern Applicators recognized the Region's need for licensed underlayment applicators, created Safe & Sound Poured Floors to service this expanding market, and partnered with Maxxon to offer their extensive line of poured floor solutions.
